Output File
Results Display from rmes.format

The standard output file of rmes.format contains as many tables as the word lengths specified by the options
-hmin and -hmax (in case of families of words, a unique table is displayed).

The structure of each table depends on the program used to create the input file.

For each word of a given length, the output are:

rmes.gaussien
ModelMm or Mm_3 (phase k=1, 2 or 3)
Markov chain of order m (possibly with phase)
Results
word/motWord or family of words W
count/comptNumber of occurrences N(W) of W
or Number of occurrences N(W,k) of W in phase k
exp/espEstimated count for W (or W in phase k) under the model
sigma2Square of the normalizing factor for N(W) (or N(W,k)) under the model
statStatistic of count for W (or W in phase k) under the model
rank/rangRank of the word according to the whole set of statistics

Sommaire

rmes.poisson.composee
ModelMm
Markov chain of order m
Results
word/motWord (families are not possible)
count/comptNumber of occurrences of the word
exp/espEstimated count under the model
exp_p/esp_pEstimated number of clumps under the model
ADepends on the overlapping structure of the word (in [0,1[)
statStatistic of count under the model
rank/rangRank of the word according to the whole set of statistics

Sommaire

rmes.poisson
ModelM1
Markov chain of order one
Results
word/motWord (families are not possible)
count_p/compt_pNumber of clumps
exp_p/esp_pEstimated number of clumps under the model
sigma2Equal to exp_p
statStatistic of number of clumps under the model
rank/rangRank of the word according to the whole set of statistics

When results about the conjugate words are required, the left part of the display corresponds to the words (DIRECT WORD/MOT DIRECT) and the right part corresponds to their conjugates (/CONJUGATE WORD/MOT CONJUGUE).
