Download the hmmtiling.zip file. Unzip it.

If you are just interested in running the programs you may just want
to use the i586 64-bit Linux binaries located in the "bin" directory.

Compilation of these programs requires a g++ compiler. To compile the
programs, simply move into the "sources" directory and run the "make"
command. You will need the STL (Standard Template Library) and the GSL
(GNU Scientific Library). Programs were developed using the SGI STL
and the GSL v>=1.11 , the other versions of these libraries may not
work. 

The new binaries replace the old ones in the "bin" directory.
