Profile

Wolfram Liebermeister is a systems biology researcher in the BioSys group at the research unit MaIAGE. He studied physics, holds a PhD of theoretical biophysics, and co-authored a popular textbook on Systems Biology. In his work on cell metabolism he underlines functional aspects such as control, variability and optimality. Recent projects concern the prediction of protein investments in cells, based on computational models of metabolism.
