The Magnaporthe GEMO database

A resource dedicated to the analysis of Magnaporthe oryzae/grisea genomes

The GEMO project database is developped by MaIAGE, INRA Jouy-en-Josas, France
and supported by a grant of the French National Research Agency (ANR GEMO 2010-2014).
Collaborations: BGPI, INRA Montpellier, France | URGI, INRA Versailles, France | Genoscope Evry, France

The GEMO database includes the genomes of eight strains of the species M. oryzae representing different genetic groups pathogenic of different species of Poacees and one strain of the sister species M. grisea.
