This site contains information about the spliceosomal introns of
hemiascomycetous yeasts. We have listed spliceosomal
introns predicted by the Genolevures consortium or from some additional fully sequenced genomes, and we have tried to
define the splicing pattern of each species with as many informations as possible. This
involves:
