The programs rmes.gaussien, rmes.poisson and rmes.poisson.composee create files named <prefix>.0, <prefix>.1, <prefix>.2, <prefix>.3 and <prefix>.4 (depending on the word phases), where <prefix> is the value of the character string introduced by the option -o.

These files contain the statistical informations for all the words studied, such as the statistics in a standard Gaussian scale characterizing the rarity or abundance of the words, and also word counts, clump counts, estimator of the expected counts, estimated variances.

However, these files are not intended to be read by the user. To visualize the results, the user should use

• the program rmes.format
• or some graphical Splus functions provided with the package: rmes.histo, rmes.compar, rmes.pyramide.
