 Mutant __SP__ __NODE__ protein ( C127S with its DNA binding domain mutated ) in 293t cells causes little or no change in trans activation of DNA endogenous promoter containing a LXRE from __SP__ __NODE__ gene in 293t cells that is increased by 22 ( hydroxycholesterol in cell culture and __SP__ __NODE__ protein in 293t cells .
