I work as a researcher at the INRA Jouy-en-Josas campus in the MaIAGE laboratory ("Mathématiques et Informatique Appliquées du Génome à l'Environnement"). My research focuses mainly on statistical bioinformatics with applications to bacterial genome analysis (genome analysis, transcriptomics, population genetics).
